I am not contracted with insurance companies and I would be considered an “out-of-network” provider by your insurance plan. 
After you pay for your visit, I will provide you with a superbill. You can submit the superbill to your insurance. The vast majority of insurances provide reimbursement for services rendered by "out of network" providers.

**Please note that I cannot see privately patients who are on Medicare.
